Mama - Group Training
MAMA is a focused strength session built specifically for pre and postnatal women who want to train safely, intentionally, and confidently.
It’s structured coaching designed to rebuild and reinforce the muscles that matter most during and after pregnancy — including deep core engagement, pelvic floor coordination, glute strength, posture, and breath mechanics.
Each session follows a controlled, hypertrophy-style format with guided rest periods and hands-on coaching. You’ll move through progressive strength blocks that prioritize:
